At Adooda we take your privacy seriously; we do not sell or provide your details to another company unless it is necessary. This will be cases such as when you sign up to a NoChex account or a Jajah account.

What is Adooda and how can it be free?
Adooda is an exciting hybrid online trading environment that provides free quality advertising, directory listings, minisites and more, allowing users to create their own personal trading environment. Adooda is truly free to use. We generate revenue from a number of sources including sponsored advertising, banner adverts, user opt-in options and affiliate partners.

What is My Adooda?
You manage your account from My Adooda. It allows you to manage your classified listings, directory listings, account settings and other user-specific information.

What are the advantages of becoming a business user?
Good quality free advertising! Business users enter their company details free of charge into the Adooda Business Directory, add a Minisite and create child accounts to build up an efficient, effective, streamlined online trading environment. A valuable addition to any business’s Marketing Plan.

What are Minisites?
Minisites are a way for business users to maintain a web presence with the minimum of effort. At a basic level minisites contain two pages of easily editable text, a company logo, contact address page, and a page of all your classifieds. The Classifieds and addresses are loaded automatically from the data you entered into My Adooda, making the maintenance of your Minisite simple.

Your Minisite can be called anything you like within URL guidelines, and is accessed by entering www.adooda.co.uk/MINISITENAME. For example if you have a Minisite called uk2ndHandCars the address would be, www.adooda.co.uk/uk2ndHandCars
Best of all minisites are FREE!

What are child accounts?
Child accounts are available to business users only. They are created by clicking Account Settings and Add a child account. The master account can view and control the child’s My Purchases, Items for Sale, Sold Items and Directory Listings.

This feature is useful for companies with several offices. For example fictional Car Dealers UK 2nd Hand Cars Ltd who have offices in Brighton and Manchester and a Head Office in London. The London office creates an Adooda account and creates child accounts for Manchester and Brighton. The users of the London account can view data for Brighton and Manchester as well as their own. However the child accounts - Brighton and Manchester - can only view their own details.

Items have gone missing from My Purchases
Data from My Purchases is deleted sixty days after you mark the transaction as paid.
